Extensive propeller and fuel accessory capability, plus support for a range of transmission, mechanical and hydraulic components. Also offering plating and surface engineering this is further supported by a new composite and landing gear capability. New support capability for composite and landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul. Pyestock, Farnborough 2,322 sq m of workshops housing a pre and post engine test area. Three test cells: 40,000 lbs thrust cell and twin cell rated at 10,000 shaft hp. Full Quick engine Change (QEC) support Fleetlands, Gosport 9,290 sq m of workshops. Full induction, strip, inspection, repair, build and test capabilities offered across a range of T56 engine models and associated equipment. All three of our facilities seamlessly collaborate to deliver our T56 Total Propulsion Solution to you.

5 Overview Our fully comprehensive solution provides full overhaul, repair, modification and testing for: Rolls-Royce T56/501D Series Engines Vector Aerospace has successfully delivered full Rolls-Royce T56 and 501D engine repair and overhaul capabilities to the global market for over 40 years. UTC Aerospace (Hamilton Sundstrand) Propellers We have been a leader in the Repair and Overhaul of UTC Aerospace Systems (formerly Hamilton Sundstrand) propellers for over 30 years. Lockheed Martin QEC Nacelles The QEC programme started over 30 years ago and has now expanded to encompass full repair and overhaul capability on the C-130J model in addition to the C-130B through to H family. All fuel systems and engine accessories Our repair over replace ethos extends throughout the fuel and engine accessory capability. This is backed up by our comprehensive specialised processes and in-house test facilities. 6 Rolls-Royce T56/501D Authorised Maintenance Centre Vector UK has successfully delivered full Rolls-Royce T56 and 501D engine repair and overhaul capabilities to the global market for over 40 years. Our comprehensive range of in-house repair schemes for high-cost engine components helps us minimise your operating costs, with fully authorised, differentiating services including electrophoretic coating (AEP) and molybdenum plasma spray. Our approved maintenance centre truly is a total package solution for your engine. 7 Lockheed Martin Hercules Quick Engine Change (QEC) Authorised Service Centre Our QEC programme started over 30 years ago and has expanded to offer full repair and overhaul capability on the C-130J model in addition to the C-130B through to H family. Total support is given to our customers which includes 24 hour AOG service and tailor made solutions to satisfy individual customer requirements. Our Firewall-Forward approach encompasses: Full repair or overhaul of complete Nacelle Structural repairs Electrical repairs Accessory capability Painting Full performance and leak testing

8 Hamilton Sundstrand Propeller Service Centre We provide support services for all Hamilton Sundstrand propellers as fitted to the Rolls-Royce T56/501D series engine on C-130, L-100 and P-3 aircraft. We have been overhauling and repairing UTC Aerospace Systems (formerly Hamilton Sundstrand) propellers for over 30 years and are a leader in the field. An experienced technical team is always at hand to help customers worldwide to resolve any technical problems and queries. Our personnel are trained by Hamilton Sundstrand for maintenance inspections and processes. Fuel Systems and Engine Accessories Service Centre Our accessory facility boasts an extensive in-house overhaul and repair capability for engine, propeller and Quick Engine Change Nacelle (QEC) rotables. To offer you best value it is a case of repair rather than replace for components and accessories alike. Our repair over replace ethos extends throughout the fuel and engine accessory overhaul capability and is backed up by our comprehensive specialised processes and in-house test facilities.
