PRIORITY INTERESTS EV technology/metering capabilities in lieu of AMI UTILITY CONTEXT Major thruways connecting NYC, Connecticut and Albany through Central Hudson s service territory provide infrastructure opportunities, but system impacts need to be understood.
20 Con Edison Utility profile available at: SPRINT OBJECTIVES To solicit ideas and partnership opportunities that will inform future RFIs and REV demonstration projects PRIORITY INTERESTS Con Edison will consider commercially-established fast charging technologies that can lower the upfront costs associated with infrastructure deployment as a means to achieving profitability at lower utilization levels It is also interested in solutions for transit bus on-route charging that co-mingle with publicly accessible fast charging UTILITY CONTEXT Urban territory with mostly residential and commercial loads Many customers have no access to public charging Con Edison is forecasting 155,000 EVs across its territory by 2025
21 Orange & Rockland Utility profile available at: SPRINT OBJECTIVES To solicit ideas and partnership opportunities that will inform potential future RFIs and enhance future EV programs PRIORITY INTERESTS Orange & Rockland will consider commercially-established technologies that can economically manage electric vehicle charging during peak demand hours Also interested in solutions that can maximize the effectiveness of O&R s planned education and outreach campaign for electrification of transport UTILITY CONTEXT Approximately 250,000 customers, with the majority being residential O&R is forecasting 49,000 EVs across its service territory in the next 10 years

23 NYPA SPRINT OBJECTIVES NYPA will use submissions to establish a better understanding of EV charging technology and business model solutions and how we can incorporate them into our upcoming EV infrastructure build out. PRIORITY INTERESTS L2 and DCFC charging Communication and control Third party partnerships UTILITY CONTEXT NYPA provides energy services, including EV infrastructure development to all public sector facilities in NY, including public roads and highways.

25 Get started today! Take action and submit your idea by March 29. What happens next? If your submission meets the minimum requirements, you will be invited to have a qualification consultation with a member of the REV Connect team. You will receive initial feedback and we will summarize your idea to the New York State investor-owned utilities and New York State energy-related agencies and authorities* Can I make more than one submission? Yes! There is no limit on the number of submissions a single company or individual can make. Each idea or business model concept should be submitted separately. Is it possible to work with REV Connect to modify an application after its submission? Yes, our REV Connect team will work with you to refine your idea after it has been submitted. What happens if I don t meet criteria for facilitation or no utility is interested? For any idea submitted to REV Connect, regardless of how far it proceeds in our process, we will provide feedback on how the idea can be improved. What if my idea is not related to this Sprint topic or I miss the deadline? REV Connect accepts submissions related to any Innovation Opportunities on a rolling basis. You may submit early before a future Sprint and be eligible for that Sprint. If you miss the deadline for a Sprint, you may still submit and get many of the benefits of REV Connect participation, but you will miss out on Sprint-specific opportunities. This includes the Public Service Commission/Department of Public Service, NYSERDA, the Office of the Governor, the New York Power Authority, Long Island Power Authority (LIPA), and PSEG Long Island as a contractor to LIPA.
