Applications Hoist and Overhead cranes Textile Industry - Cutting tables - Pastal machines Movable manufacturing lines Automated stores Other similar areas TB-Trolley Busbar System; It consists of PVC housing covered mobile power sources and trolley wagons with movable brushes. The brushed wagon is mechanically connected with the movable system. The trolley wagon moves together with the movable unit that will consume the energy ensuring continuous power delivery. Problems occurring regarding power distribution in classical hanging and pulley cable systems are eliminated. Cautions; It is advised to not install at outdoor and the places where there is under direct sunshine, rain or water splash. If it is required to be installed, busbar system should be protected by canopy. 2

6 ELINETBS General Features (TBS) Reliability; While there is no moving cable, accidents and malfunctions related with cable problems are eliminated. Personnel security; Personnel safety is raised to a maximum level by covering the conductor with a PVC housing. No need for expansion component; While there is no fixed connection between the conductor seats and the conductor, and between the PVC housing and the sliding hangers, sufficient movement opportunities are provided. Therefore, no expansion component is used. Functionality; Conductors are pulled without any joint in PVC housing. Energy receiving facility from more than one trolley wagons at the same line. 51 mm. Continuous Copper Conductors Single electrolytic copper conductors can be provided upto 150m long continuously. 68 mm. 4 5

7 ELINETBS PVC Housing (Continuous Type TBS) Housing has 5 channels for upto 5 conductors in standard. There is safety system that prevents the trolley wagon to be fixed inversely. There are 5 channels for conductors. 4 or 5 conductors can be utilized. Colour: Red. Temperature range: -20 C and +55 C. The green line that continues in one side of the housing ensures that the system is placed accurately and represents neutral position. PVC housing has high impact strength and non flammable characteristics (UL 94 V0). Standard housing length is 4 m. This unit is hanged to the support by two coupling clamps from two points. Copper continuous conductors are fixed through supply terminals and bolted to copper conductors. Feeder cables are connected to those terminals. 8

The in-line feed unit is hanged with 2 clamps and is fixed to support at 2 locations with bolts. 2 copper conductors are pulled out 25 mm from the joints of the two PVC housing, bend 90 degree and combined with terminals. 11 ELINETBE Genetal Features Reliability; There is no risk of accident and trouble possibility due to busbar system which has no cables moving. Staff Security; All conductors are consealed in a PVC housing to provide maximum protection for staff. Functionality; Installation is very easy due to assembled conductors in PVC contruction. 12 ELINETBE PVC Housing (Jointed Type TBE) Housing profil has 5 channels for 5 conductors. Security system is provided to prevent the trolley wagon to be fixed reversely. There are 5 channels for conductors. Four or five conductors can be used in same PVC housing. Color : Red. Temperature range : -20 C and + 55 C. 21 ELINETBS Installation Manual (Continuous Type TBS) 1-) Hangers are fixed to steel structure on ceiling at every 1,3 ~1,5 m interval along the length of line. Sliding hangers are fixed to hanger bracket. 2-) 4 m long PVC housing is placed throughout sliding hangers by paying attention to follow the neutral line at sameside. The PVC housing are fixed together with joint units

22 ELINETBS Installation Manual (Continuous Type TBS) Two PVC housings are put together by sticky EPDM gasket. Joint is centered by joint unit and tightened by screws to complete installation. 1 The PVC housings are faced together by EPDM gasket single side sticky. 2 Joint unit pieces are put together by centering EPDM gasket. 3 Jaws of joint unit are inserted each other and fixed by screws to PVC housing. 4 22

23 ELINETBS Feeder Unit Installation (Continuous Type TBS) 1-) End Feed unit; Copper conductors are fixed each other at joint point of unit. (End Feed unit should be fixed at joint point.) ) End Feed unit is aligned with main line. 2-) Joint point is covered by EPDM gasket sticked ) Screws on joint unit are tightened to the PVC housing. 4-) Threaded rod is installed to joint unit for fixing PVC housing to hanger support ) Conductors are bended 90 and pushed to PVC housing. 6-) Cover of end feed unit is fixed by nuts. Installation is completed. 23
