19 Current status of the Project 180 SHS West Are Are 100 SHS Choiseul Commissioning at Kiu Village 50 SHS Western Province Assembly of 250 units - By 1 st week of May, 180 SHS units were successfully installed in West Are Are, South Malaita, Malaita Province - Around 2 nd week of May, 100 SHS units were successfully installed in Batava Ward of Choiseul Province - On May 23 rd the project was commissioned in Kiu village of South Malaita - The event was attended by Japanese Ambassador to Solomon Islands and the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat amongst other stakeholders units have been shipped to Western Province (Marovo Lagoon) and is currently being installed - 23 units have been successfully installed with the remaining to be completed by next week. - Currently next batch of 250 units are being assembled for Phase 2 installation in South Malaita 19
