4 JAC NEWS & EVENTS According to the latest monthly report by Chinese Passenger Car Association, the market of mini SUV is still very hot in October Chinese market. And 11 models vehicles monthly sales volume reached 5000 units and the top three have more than units sales volumes per month. Among them, JAC S3 won the sales champion with the sales volumes of unites which just has launched into market for three months. 4

5 Since launched into market on 27th August, JAC S3 has become highly popular with consumers. Insisting on the marketing strategy of Rejuvenation, JAC S3 become famous overnight and won a widely acceptation. Excellent product is the foundation of hot-selling. By virtue of fashion and dynamic sculpt, intelligent advanced technology equipments, spacious riding room, fuel-saving and high-effective power matching, adequate and reliable safety design and reasonable price, JAC S3 stands out from so many competitions in Chinese market and quickly becomes the hot-selling model. What s more, S3 users give high reputation to S3 s quality and ranks top position in mainstream auto website. 5

6 On the evening of 19th December 2014, JAC S5 motorcade was honored as the annual grand champion of Manufacturers Cup-Petrol Group in the ceremony of 2014 CCR. By virtue of the excellent performance of S5 in Mo.he station, JAC S5 motorcade finally won this champion. The S5 motorcade leader Mr. Huang expressed his satisfaction with this results because it s the first time of S5 participating such so professional rally. He said: S5 has very good quality. 1.5TGDI engine has the characteristic of low speed and high torque which can continuous maintain the maximum torque output range under the longer rotating speed, providing strong power; the speed often reaches more than 170 KM per hour. The chassis of S5 also has very excellent performance on the 400 kilometers ice surface racing track. 6

9 JAC WORLDWIDE On 12th December, AVIC-JAC MOTORS (E.A) LIMITED, the new company invested by AVIC INTERNATIONAL BEIJING CO., LTD. and JAC MOTORS LTD., celebrate its opening and products ceremony officially in Nairobi, Kenya. JAC is now the first Chinese automobile manufacturer invest in East Africa area. AVIC International Beijing Co., Ltd. is a big company owned by China central government, it has very successful experience in another JV company called AVIC-SHANTUI Construction Machinery (E.A) Co., Ltd. which is also based in Nairobi. JAC light trucks has entered more than 20 Africa countries, with 12 years of efforts, it has won high reputation from customers. In Algeria, the monthly sales volume has reached to 700 units, and more than units have been sold up to now. In order to meet the Africa market need better, JAC did research on Africa roads condition, fuel quality and using habit, and did a lot of adaption modification and improvements on its products, now JAC get obvious improvement on customer satisfaction and received a significant sales growth. Kenya people are friendly and hard working, the political environment is good, the investment policy is superior, the economic is growing fast and stable, it is a county full of hope. In 2014, the Kenya light trucks market scale has reached to 6100 units, increased by 33%, which is only after Algeria, South Africa and Egypt. JAC invest in East Africa together with AVIC International Beijing with eyes on the future and target to East Africa regional market, aim to set up regional production, sales, service and parts centre. 10

13 In the middle of December, the first batch 6 units JAC fire fighting trucks handed over to Guatemala National Fire Service (ASONBOMD)in the capital of Guatemala. ASONBOMD has 93 fire stations across Guatemala and serves for all the country. It owns 1000 units fire fighting trucks which are modified by trucks and 2000 units ambulance which are modified by pickups and vans. In 2014, ASONBOMD decided to purchase JAC five units double cab light-duty trucks and one unit heavy-duty truck (HFC1134KR1) for the first time, and all the vehicle modification work have been finished by JAC distributor CODACA assembly plant. 13

14 ASONBOMD has very strict requirements to vehicles quality and performance which has been called the harshest customer. This time, JAC light truck passed through the review of the fire department professional and technical personnel and stood out from the competition with some Japanese auto brands like Isuzu, Hino, which represents the highly regarded by Guatemala government to JAC products quality. Successfully entering into ASONBOMD s Purchasers List will further enhance the confidence of JAC competition with international first-class commercial vehicle manufactures. 14

15 Recently, JAC and Egypt distributor carried out the service month campaign in Cairo and Alexander, and there were 112 customers participated in the campaign. During the campaign, JAC staffs sent the filters, solved the customers problems on site and executed the satisfactory convey, besides, they visited the VIP customers-top 5 best selling fleet customers, solving their problems by door-to-door service, and also gathered their demands to JAC products. The campaign was led by sales manager, service manager and marketing manager of JAC Egypt distributor, and it has not only solved the problems of the key customers, but also created a chance for JAC to hear the suggestion of the customers on JAC products, showing JAC care to customers in Egypt. Because of the dedicate service campaign, some fleet customers made some orders on site. The visit of the fleet customers is promoted orderly with expected effect. Through listening to customers opinion and demands, JAC has deep understanding about its Egypt distributors service and in order to provide better service to the local customers, JAC and its distributors has drafted the customers care plan together. 15

16 MEDIA VIEW It was a legend of the game and it was the champion in all six stations in 2014 CRC (China Rally Championship), moreover, it has broken the record that champion in CRC only belongs to the joint venture racing cars. It is JAC J4 motorcade. 16

17 The last station of CRC ended in Wuyi,Zhejiang on December 1st, J4 motorcade smoothly won the champion of this station to become the consecutive six champions in this year s CRC and become the annual motorcade winner of S2 team. 17

18 As the ending station of this year s CRC, Wuyi station competition attracted the participation of many excellent motorcades. On the racing day, more than 30 motorcades competed in the game.the contestants believed that Wuyi racing track was a great challenge with rugged roads, and low visibility as well as slippery road condition caused by the raining day, so Wuyi station is the most difficult racing competition for J4 motorcade. 18

19 The ending of Wuyi station marked that JAC has become the annual champion of this year s CRC.For J4 motorcade, the annual champion is not the ending but it is beginning, and we expect that J4 can create the legend in the vehicles sales market. 19
