This range of presses is available in 630KN, 1.000KN, 1.600KN and 2.500KN. 17 Pick & Place units Every time transfer presses must be fed from stacks of blanks the solution is our Pick & Place system. Our modular concept is easily adapted to your case. It is possible to have two stations of stacks in the same alignment or one in each side of the press center. The blank separation is guaranteed by magnetics and double sheet detection is part of the system. With an independently control it can be integrated with any press and transfer. 18 3 axis Transfer Systems Developed to be a modular equipment this 3D transfer of two electronically synchronized bars answer to the most high requirements of metal forming industry. 19 Special solutions Automatic line for machining rods If the challenge is to manufacture parts with higher production rates and lower cost, we can offer the solution. Mecânica Exacta develops and provides targeted lines with a high degree of reliability, optimizing processes. This is an automatic line for steel rods machining at both ends simultaneously. The equipment allows chamfer, thread and screw a nut on both ends of the rod in an automatic process. It also have storage with rods individualizing, dimensional control system with rejection of rods outside diameter and lengt. 20 Special solutions Straightening press The need for straightening plate before or after mechanizations led us to create a hydraulic press with specific characteristics for this purpose. With a structure subjected to stress relieving treatment, was designed especially for straightening sheet metal, its design allows easy insertion and removal of parts, sheets or structures. Thanks to its axis displacement on XX and YY is possible to reach any point of straightening without having to move the plate. The bridge which supports the cylinder has displacement on XX axis and moves completely outside the working zone corresponding to the part boundaries of 1345mm in length, and the double acting cylinder with displacement YY, allows to reach the ends width up to 1042mm. All axes including the Z-axis are driven by means of a joystick. The main hydraulic drive system consists of a Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic block meeting the requirements of class IV required by the standard EN693: 2001 Machine-tools-Safety Hydraulic Presses. The axial piston pump have a constant power control.
21 Special solutions Stacking System Description The stacking system type "pick & place" was designed to handle and load containers with previously shaped plate on the press. This solution was designed according to the customer's container and size of the handle plate.
22 Special solutions Cartesian manipulator Description The cartesian manipulator comprises two servomotorized axes, an conveyor belt and a lift table. The cartesian manipulator has two operation modes and as following: The part is stamped and is routed through an extraction conveyor to a container located at the end of the belt; The part is stamped and is routed through an extraction conveyor to the previously defined position. When reached the position conveyor stops and the handling system moves the part to the stacking preset position in the lift table.
23 DMS Device management system The DMS is a modular package of hardware and software used for collecting, processing, control and display of data related to the press and dependent ancillary devices. The DMS design is based on a tool management principle in wicth the tools determine the working parameters of the production line and the interaction between its components.
