24 Fare Collection Modernization As Part of the Upcoming SEPTA Operating Budget Hearings Fare Zones on Rail and Transit Will Be Simplified Regional Rail Zone Changes (7 reduced to 6) Paoli would be rezoned as a Zone 5 station pricewise, rebranded to a Zone 4 station Daylesford, Berwyn and Devon presently Zone 4 stations would be rebranded as a Zone 3 station Intermediate Railroad fares would be one fare instead of two different fares Via Center City fares would be one fare instead of four different fares 24

31 Keystone Corridor Improvements Partnering with Amtrak to maintain reliable, safe, and attractive service on the Keystone Corridor. Replaced wooden ties with concrete ties on tracks 1 and 4. Installed new continuous welded rail (CWR) between Zoo Interlocking and Paoli Station. Work performed by Amtrak forces. Cost to SEPTA: $42 million. 31
