Expectations are high for a winning season with a return to state being the ultimate goal. This team is filled with talent with 5 state championships (3 consecutive), and 7 District Championships (4 consecutive) to prove it. Looking to have another winning season. Wanting to do well, have fun, and enjoy the season. Other Roster Members: Jordan Holten 12, Tiffani McConnell 11, Sarah Duncan 10, Brooke DeSha 9. This team knows the definition of success and they show it. They plan on building from their 5-5 record this past season. The team has lost 4 seniors since the last state tournament but have several members ready to step in and contribute. 3 Class B Girls Roncalli Catholic Crimson Pride Dave Bekaert Last Season s Record: 4-7 Pius X Thunderbolts Rod Machacek Last Season s Record: 10-0 Returning Lettermen: Kristen Machacek 12, Clare Jaros 11, Madelyn Conrad 11. Other Roster Members: Emily Schlautman 12, Emily Miller 11. Pius has a strong group returning this year but does lose a fair amount of experience after graduating Meghan Straub. The group has continued to develop and gain experience over the past two years with many of the girls participating at the high school level tournaments. Pius is looking to make another run at back to back championships for the first time in school history for the girls after coming up just short two years ago. Adams Central Phil Tablazon Last Season s Record: 8-3 Returning Lettermen: Christine Land 12, Sara Medcalf 12, Shianne Everhart 11, Allison Fizke 11, Alexus Hopkins 11. Other Roster Members: Kaylee Fitzke 9, Emily Garcia 9. Qualified for state 5 out of the last 6 years. 4 runner-ups 2009, 2010, 2011 (Class B) and 2012 (Class C) and 2 district champions (2013 Class C and 2014 Class B) This should be another very competitive year. Other Roster Members: Emma Bassler 10, Paige Schlachter 10. Krystanna Haney the team Captain looks to three peat as individual champion she has already signed to bowl with Hastings College next year. Last years team consiste of five first time freshman bowlers. This year the team return three plus the two upperclassmen and look to improve on last season. Missing a lot of makeable spares last season the team has been working hard on improving so that it won t happen again. Gretna Jami Weber Last Season s Record: 1-9 Seward Jessica Liekhus Last Season s Record: 9-1 Returning Lettermen: Natasha Block 10, Morgan Brumm 11. Qualifying 7 th at state this team hopes to improve from that. Only losing one senior this team will be promising expecting another winning season. 6 Class C Girls Boone Central Matt Grosch Last Season s Record: 3-8 Returning Lettermen: Grace Woebbecke 12, Lily Johnson 12, Morgan Andersen 12, Beth Hauger 11, Nicole Woebbecke 10, April Johnson 10. This team has some great returning talent. Beth Hauger was the top bowler and is hoping to improve and last year freshman Nicole Woebbecke had a great year as well. This team is no stranger to traveling being they have to drive 20min to Newman Grove for practices and home meets. Goals this year is to raise every girls average by at least 20 pins. Kearney Catholic Stars Tammy Miller Last Season s Record: 4-7 Returning Lettermen: Hannah Schroeder 12, Marissa Kaczanowski 12, Sierra Shiers 11 Other Roster Members: Kinsey Sawyer 10, Haleigh Adams 10, Kaitlyn Spangler 10, Bekah Feddersen 9. Wisner-Pilger/Wakefield Gators Kathy Giese Last Season s Record: 7-4 Burwell/Ord Anneke Green Last Season s Record: 8-3 Returning Lettermen: Molle Mares 10, Kathleen Deaver 10. Other Roster Members: Kelly Pureum Son 12, Olivia Hill 10, Mary Sweesy 9, Bailey Malcom 12. This girls team has always been strong. Expecting to return to state again this year and make it past the first round bakers.

7 Doniphan/Trumbull Annette Hollister Last Season s Record: 3-8 North Bend/Scribner Shawn Juhl Last Season s Record: 11-0, Lost in Semi-Final Returning Letterman: Alex Kohl 11, Mackenzie Daniels, 11 Other Roster Members: Savanah Miller 11, Lindsay Peters 11, Ashley Crouch 9 A very solid team with lots of experience. Both Alex & Mackenzie won a state title as freshman with North Bend. Lindsay & Savanah as freshman were runners up in class D with Scribner. Chase County Denise Smith Last Season s Record: 2-9 Ogallala Kari Barnes Last Season s Record: 8-3 State Champs Returning Lettermen: Katie Bush 12, Hope Cordova 12, Brittney Heldemann 12, Karissa Barnes 11. Other Roster Members: Shiane Sitton 12. These girls worked very hard last season and were able to come out with a state title for Class C. Looking to repeat with the same outcome, if they work as hard as they did last year they will hopefully come home with another title. This team has two returning starters and a lot of inexperienced players. This team will be very competitive and depending on how the new players progress they could have a very talented team in the future. The team qualified for state but eventually lost to the soon to be state champions.
