A five character LED display allows easy viewing even from a distance. 20 Additional Communication Products The KEBCO Protocol Converter provides a transparent interface between KEBCO Servos and devices which use Allen-Bradley DF1 protocol or GE SNP protocol. 21 POWER TRANSMISSION Regen Resistors for Light Duty The back mounted braking resistor is designed with space savings in mind. The resistor is mounted directly under the heatsink of the inverter. The heat generated flows vertically out the top of the unit. It should be used in applications where the total on time of the resistor is less than 6% of the total cycle time. For applications having longer braking times, the standard KEBCO panel mount resistors are recommended; see below for more information. The back mount resistor comes as a kit and is field installed.
