DIGITAL OPERATOR 00.F Four push-button operator provides easy programming with minimal key strokes. The push-buttons double as start, stop, faster, slower when operating in drive mode. A five character LED display allows easy viewing even from a distance. INTERFACE OPERATOR 00.F A digital operator with additional RS232/485 serial interface that is used for interconnection with either a serial link bus system or, for ease of programming, our PC-based software program, COMBIVIS. MEMORY OPERATOR 00.F A digital operator with integrated non-volatile RAM allows the user to upload parameter data from one inverter, store the data, or download the data into another inverter. COMBICARD SYSTEM 00.F Together with the KEBCO COMBICARD Programmer, parameter settings can be transferred and stored indefinitely on credit card sized memory cards. LCD TERMINAL A combination LCD display and four push-button input station for inverter interfacing and control without a host PLC or PC. Inverter parameters are displayed in English and can be easily adjusted. The LCD operator can also be programmed to display customer specific data, i.e. instead of output freq. = 60Hz, Speed = 100 feet per min. 20 Additional Communication Products The KEBCO Protocol Converter provides a transparent interface between KEBCO Servos and devices which use Allen-Bradley DF1 protocol or GE SNP protocol. Using the protocol converter allows KEBCO Inverters to be interfaced with a variety of industrial devices, including: Example Allen-Bradley programmable controllers. The cable is completely shielded and provides two additional wire pairs for the thermal sensor in the motor and for the optional integral brake. The cable comes in two sizes depending on the current of the motor. 21 POWER TRANSMISSION Regen Resistors for Light Duty The back mounted braking resistor is designed with space savings in mind. The resistor is mounted directly under the heatsink of the inverter. The heat generated flows vertically out the top of the unit. It should be used in applications where the total on time of the resistor is less than 6% of the total cycle time. For applications having longer braking times, the standard KEBCO panel mount resistors are recommended; see below for more information. The back mount resistor comes as a kit and is field installed.
