The product automatically detects when it is hooked up correctly to a battery, LCD displays the voltage of vehicles battery if the voltage is within 4V~14.2V. Only if JUMP STRT button is pressed, will then deliver the voltage to the clamps. Do not use the device in the rain or wet conditions. Unit is not waterproofs. The functionality of device might be affected. Keep the device away from where the children can access. Never attempt to alter or disassemble the product. If there is a problem with the product please contact your dealer for further assistance. Do not allow metal to come in contact with the battery poles. It may spark or shortcircuit the battery and cause an explosion. Stop using the jumpstart when you hear the alarm or cannot turn on the JUMPSTRT. The reason may be from: 1The jumpstart device voltage is less than 9V Charge the jumpstart to prevent battery failure. 2The device temperature is higher than 140 F (55 C) Cool the jumpstart to at least 104 F (40 C). 3The jumpstart is connected backwards, incorrectly connected or short connected. Correctly connect the clamps. If CR battery is less than 2V, there is no safety check to prevent incorrect polarity hook up. 1

4 4.USING THE OOSTER FUNCTION 4 WRNING Ensure that you are using this on a 12 VOLT SYSTEM ONLY, otherwise the battery could explode. Please strictly follow the following steps, otherwise, it could cause damage to the jumpstart, the vehicle or personal injury and death! USING JUMP STRT OPERTION STEPS Step 1 Step 2 Press Power button Hookup the car battery LCD displays the voltage and capacity of device battery, must be >11.5V for best results. Firmly insert the end of the cable into the JUMP STRT. (First time use might feel some resistance to be pushed in all the way.) Step 3 Ready to crank the car Put the black clip () terminal attach to the battery negative post or chassis ground, put the red clip () terminal attach to the battery negative post. * larm will beep if polarity is wrong. ** If car battery is completely dead, Go to Step 3. Make sure the is highlighted and battery status > 11.5V. Start the car Press JUMP STRT button to initiate and should see 14.1V as indicated. If boost function, button will be solid Red. start failed, repeat Step 3 process again. Seek other help if start process has been repeated > 5 times. Under NML conditions. Onboard relay will be disabled for safety and no power will be provided. 4Only use on vehicles with a 12V system. 5Under low temperature(< 10 C/14 F),performance of LiPo battery is deeply affected. fter a few attempts to generate power to start car, the LiPo battery should warm up to a desire temperature to yield maximum electrical performance. 6If car doesn't start, wait 30 sec. before attempting to restart. If car can't start more than 5 times, STOP and seek other help. 7Disconnect both clamps immediately once car starts. 8fter each use, always recharge the JUMPSTRT battery fully

If the power of your appliance is more than 15W, the US output will shut down automatically. 7. USING THE LED WK LIGHT 1Press power on button. 2Toggle the light switch button once to turn on the LED. Push again the LED slow flash, push again the LED produce S.O.S. flash(some models only), final push the LED will turn off. 8. USING THE VOLTGE TEST FUNCTION 1Press power on button. 2Ensure engine is OFF. 3The clamps connected with battery of vehicle, the V of LCD will flash. Voltage at the LCD is the car battery current status. 11.5V~11.8V 60% 11.0V~11.4V 40% V~10.9V 20% 1Use only the brand certified charger included with your jumpstart to recharge. Nonstandard products will shorten the life of the battery, void the warranty and might post other risks. 2Charge your JUMPSTRT battery for 8 hours before using for the first time. 3Recharge the jumpstart battery after each use if possible, and thereafter, at least every 6 months 9. MINTENNCE 1lways inspect the JUMPSTRT before use to ensure the cables are in perfect condition and the clamps are clean and free from corrosion. 2Keep your JUMPSTRT clean by wiping with a damp cloth. This warranty does cover the following: For warranty claims or repair, please contact your local reseller or authorized distributor for further information. any manufacture defects that are under normal operation circumstance NSWERS F COMMON PROLEMS Q: How much time will it takes to charge the JUMP STRT? : First initial charge is suggested to be 8 hours. fter that in a normal situation, 35 hours should charge up completely. The JUMP STRT will shut down the charging circuit once it is fully charged (LCD will lighted up), so you will never over charge the device. Q: How to charge the JUMP STRT device? : You can either charge it with C adapter from the wall outlet. The adapter is a universal unit from V 50/60 Hz. Or you may have an additional optional 12V car adapter as an accessory. Q: Car won't start, it seems there is no power provided from JUMP STRT. : Make sure polarities are align correctly. Make sure there is more than 11.5V battery power indicated on the LCD. Make sure you press the "JUMP STRT" button, otherwise, there will be no power transfer to the car. If JUMP STRT has been stored under extreme cold weather conditions, allow it to reach to a warmer temperature by starting your car for a few times. Q: Will the unit blow up if I short circuit the RED and LCK terminal together? : NO absolutely NOT! Unlike other products in the market place, the JUMP STRT has a builtin polarity safety circuit to shut itself down for your extra protection. Q: My car battery has zero power and JUMP STRT does not pass polarity test! : If you car battery has absolutely no power (<4V), you need to override the JUMP STRT safety polarity check circuit in order to send power to the car. First, make sure you put the correct polarity terminal onto to the battery, then hold and press the "JUMP STRT" button for 3 sec., this will allow the unit to by passing the polarity test. Wait for another 30 sec., then power will flow into the car battery and ready for starting. Q: I have tried to boost a vehicle but not successful. The JUMP STRT is now disabled with no LED work light or 5V US power. : In case of this situation, you might have triggered the safety protection circuit for the DC outputs and this locked out all output power functions. To unlock and reset the unit; simply charge the unit with C plug or DC car charger (if so equipped). The unit should take charge in a few minutes and return to a normal state. For any reason if this does restart, please contact factory or your authorized distributor. 11
