(Limited Liability Company) is Riyadh-based, Saudi-Polish-Austrian Joint Venture enterprise specializing in delivery of reliable, high-quality, medium voltage switchgear electrical power systems. Saudi Elektrobudowa L.L.C has been already approved by Saudi Electricity Company, fulfilling high technical standards required by the state power network of the Kingdom. Elektrobudowa SA from Poland, established in 1953, is a joint stock company present at Warsaw Stock Exchange. Being one of the leaders of Central European electrical contracting business Elektrobudowa is also one of the largest manufacturers of medium voltage switchgear in Europe. Major manufacturing facility of Elektrobudowa SA is located in Konin, Poland.

5 Page 5 Switchgear Manufacturing Process We use certified MANAGEMENT SYSTEM according to ISO 9001, ISO and AQAP-110 standards in range of: design, manufacturing and assembly of electrical equipment and installations DESIGN PROCESS Design process is performed using the programs: PROENGINEER LOGOCAD MACHINING PROCESS Metal-sheet machining is performed using: Numerically controlled presses ( accuracy 0.01 mm ) Metal-sheet bending is performed using: Numerically controlled bending machines ( accuray 0.1 mm ) PAINTING PROCESS: Painting of switchgear enclosure components is performed in: In modern powder painting shop ( min. thickness 60 µm ) With minimum damage to natural environment
