5 2018: Aligning with Helsinki Climate Strategy City of Helsinki to be carbon neutral by CO2-emissions emissions reduced by 60% in 2030 (compared to 1990) (73% per capita) and the city will be carbon neutral by As Kalasatama acts as an example for other city districts, the target for Kalasatama has been set at a more ambitious level of 90% reduction by >Translate long-term climate and energy targets into short term actions to drive sustainable solution taken forward in Kalasatama.
