The hirer will be charged with any damage other than fair wear and tear, and the cost of replacement in the event of loss. 5. A cleaning charge will be made in the event of equipment being returned in dirty condition. 6. It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure the goods whilst in their charge. 7. It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure for all Third Party risks and the owners accept no responsibility for Third Party claims 8. Under no circumstances must the hirer try to repair or adjust the equipment. Please contact the issuing depot in the first instance. 9. All prices are subject to VAT at current rates. All hire rates shown are exclusive of VAT. 10. A deposit of 7 will be required on small equipment and 1 on large plant and access equipment. Larger deposits may be required on larger items. 11. Two forms of identity will be required to hire equipment for no account customers. One form of identity with current address details i.e. utility bill within the last 3 months along with one form of photographic identity i.e. driving license or passport 12. The agreed period of hire commences on the date the equipment leaves our yard and ceases on the day it has been returned, unless other arrangements have been made. 2. All hire equipment shall remain the property of Total Hire & Sales Ltd. 3. The minimum charge will be one day unless otherwise stated. 4. All equipment is supplied to the hirer in good order. The hirer will be charged with any damage other than fair wear and tear, and the cost of replacement in the event of loss. 5. A cleaning charge will be made in the event of equipment being returned in dirty condition. 6. It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure the goods whilst in their charge. 7.
