Wind direction is monitored on 10 minutes average to smoothen effects of gusts. Hysteresis is set as default to prevent constant mode changes if the WTG is operating at sector border 22
23 CURTAILMENT OPTIONS WIND SPEED Curtailment on 4 wind speeds limits for each time slot 23
24 CURTAILMENT OPTIONS COMBINATION Exaggerated curtailment plan Up to 6 power curves and 1 stop mode per WTG WTG can switch without disconnecting to the grid. Exaggerated curtailment table shows system capabilities. 24
25 CURTAILMENT OPTIONS COMBINATION Nordex flexible sound power management No curtailment Curtailment at 2,4 MW between 10pm and 7am, between 2 and 9 m/s, on all wind directions Curtailment at all the time, between 3 and 7 m/s, for a south western wind Curtailment at 2,4 MW between 9pm and 7am, for all wind speeds Machine stopped between 10pm and 7am, between 4 and 8 m/s, on south and north eastern winds Complex wind farm curtailment capabilities allow for AEP optimisation and compliance with planning requirements. 25
