An example of this is the EJC for almost 60 years the stacker truck has been in great demand worldwide. The EJC is divided into 3 series: As a general rule for all Jungheinrich trucks, series with lower numbers stand for lower capacity, while series with higher numbers stand for greater capacity. If there is a special app lication, special series are available, for example series B. 3 Advantage: innovative technology. AC technology offers more power with lower operating costs A three-phase current is a type of alternating current from the regular power supply. AC motors feature a smaller number of components and wea ring parts and operate more reliably and cost effectively while providing significantly greater output. With no travel direction contactors or carbon brushes, and featuring enhanced performance data and improved handling, these motors are suited to a wide range of applications while operating costs are simultaneously reduced. 4 Advantages of AC technology: More economical use of power than DC technology. Practically maintenance-free with no carbon brushes or travel direction contactors. Travel direction change through frequency control without a delay. Drive motor is resistant to dust and moisture. Safe cornering with Curve Control Jungheinrich Curve Control automatically reduces travel speed when cornering depending on the steer angle. This significantly reduces the risk of tipping over. Easier to operate electric steering Electric tiller steering reduces steering force while at the same time saving valuable energy for both driver and machine. This makes it possible to handle even heavy loads precisely and with minimum effort. Especially when driving with the tiller vertical using the crawl speed button, electric steering allows the driver to steer easily and work safely. Precise monitoring with CanDis control display CanDis (optional) informs the operator about battery charge, the number of operating hours and service codes. CanDis CanCode Keyless access and adjustable drive parameters with CanCode (optional) Activation with a four- to six-digit PIN instead of an ignition key. 4 Long tiller ensures large safety distance The long, low-mounted tiller in all Jungheinrich pedestrian trucks ensures the necessary safety distance from the machine. Other advantages: less steering force and the long tiller makes the tiller head easier to operate. 6 Ergonomic tiller arm Easy control with grip handles specially adapted to the hand position for pedestrians or ride-on operation. Higher productivity with direct control of all travel and lift functions without having to reach around. Enclosed on all sides giving optimum protection for the operator s hands. High level of safety for the driver with intuitive operation featuring moulded buttons. The operator can feel the operating function and is able to concentrate fully on the load. Arrangement of switches on both sides (optional) ensures equal ease of operation for both right-handed and left-handed operators. Automatic speed restriction with crawl speed button The crawl speed button allows for safe and effortless operation of pedestrian trucks even in very narrow spaces and when the tiller is vertical. The travel speed is automatically reduced to slow speed. Exact positioning of the load for stacking and retrieval Proportional technology ensures sensitive load lifting and lowering with an additional proportional valve. Increasing the pressure on the button increases the speed at which the load is lifted or lowered. The advantage: exact positioning and gentle depositing of the load. More driving stability with ProTrac traction aid The ProTrac drive wheel from slipping when operating on an uneven surface. Sensitive lifting with electronically controlled lift motor This is a further development of proportional lifting, It adjusts the speed of the lift motor precisely as specified by the button. The harder the button is pushed, the faster the motor turns. The lighter the button pressed, the slower the motor turns. The advantages: Exact positioning of the load. Significant reduction in noise during slow lifting. Less wear because contactors are eliminated and starting currents are lower. More economical: due to lower power consumption. It provides safety in every situation right from the start, even for inexperienced operators. Wide track version EMC B10 The wide track version EMC B10 (optional) offers especially great flexibility. This makes it possible to pick up perimeter based pallets or even use attachments such as crane hooks. 8 EJC 212z 216z: The advantages of higher ground clearance. Small z big difference The EJC 212z 216z is able to raise the support arms an additional 125 mm. This makes it possible to lift and transport closed pallets and negotiate uneven areas in floors, ramps, crossing plates and loading bridges even with a full load. Two pallets can also be transported at the same time, thus doubling throughput speed compared to transporting one pallet (optional). Work safely and comfortably The switch for the additional support arm lift can be arranged on both the left and right side of the tiller head (optional). The crawl speed button ensures safety in confined areas when driving with the tiller upright. The speed-controlled hydraulic motor with reduced noise lifts loads precisely and gently. Proportional hydraulics are especially useful for setting loads down gently in the rack. Travel speed reduction starting at a height of circa 1 metre. The optimised cushioning of the stand-on platform facilitates comfortable driving and greatly reduces back stress, even when driving over uneven surfaces at speeds up to 9 km / h (optional). Compact design & high lift height With a truck width of only 820 mm, the ESC 214(z) / 216(z) is the ideal spacesaving truck for block stacking and similar tasks. The ESC 316(z) has ample leg room even for large drivers with a width of 950 mm. Different masts (ZT, ZZ or DZ) ensure lift heights up to 5350 mm.
