3 TechnicaB issues - Unit has been running at firing temp of about Fo - High TAT spread reported just prior to last A inspection ( 07/01)o Could result in potential high fallout rates for stationary components. - Customer has established their own profile for TAT probes, TAT survey and Performance test recommended before C inspection, - Balancing performed in 01/01 to reduce high vibration at operating speed. - Turbine Blades row 5 are laced. 11DM upgrade option would eliminate this requirement. 4 Technica~ issues - Wear and tear reported in Inspection reports within our experience. - Installed blades have minor TBC loss on leading edge and back side. Light to moderate rubbing on tips of all row 3 blades. - Reconditioning risk on row 3 blades due to tip thinning issc~eso - Review of Rotor operational history and site phased array inspection are required. - EM Generator appears to have room for power increase 1 idm option) since its operating output is significantly below rating ( 58 MW vso 72 MW).Option to provide Generator diagnostic service during C inspection. - Tricen control system.
