Manufactured from high strength extruded anodised aluminium to 20 microns, FERMOSTOCK is durable and abrasion resistant, making it suitable for all kitchen and cold room applications. Its uncomplicated design eliminates the need for cross bracing, additional storage space and improved access is gained through the cleverly designed internal corner system. Offering the option to choose from or combine up to 60 modular units makes FERMOSTOCK an efficient, highly versatile storage system.

For full details of our in-house design service please contact us on or fax Hygiene Solutions FERMOSTOCK products comply with the requirements of The Food Hygiene Regulations 1995, part of which states that: Surfaces (including surfaces of equipment) in contact with food must be maintained in a sound condition and be easy to clean. This will require the use of smooth washable and non-toxic materials Cross contamination and bacterial build up are easily controlled with the dishwasher safe inserts system. The anodised aluminium frame is also designed for maximum cleaning and hygiene. Installation Solutions All components are shrink wrapped for protection and security during delivery and storage. Its uncomplicated design enables one person to complete the tool free assembly quickly and efficiently. Shelf adjustment is quick and simple, with ten pre-set positions available at 150mm centres giving maximum storage capacity where needed. 4 FERMOSTOCK 5611 FERMOSTOCK 5611 is designed for use in all applications where hygiene is paramount. This one-man / tool free assembly system consists of an anodised aluminium frame which quickly interlocks together to produce a sturdy and secure shelving unit. Optimum storage space is returned from minimum floor spaces by linking bays together to form extended runs and corners. The dishwasher safe removable inserts allow operators to clear up small spillages and deep cleaning. Its simple modular design enables thorough cleaning and sanitation making it ideal for HACCP cleaning schedules. 5 FERMOSTOCK 6611/6811 FERMOSTOCK 6611 and 6811 are versatile and highly flexible with a choice of 30 unit sizes to choose from. Up to ten levels at 150 mm centres can be fitted to the standard height unit. Adjustment of levels after construction is quick and simple with only the designated shelf needing to be unloaded. Combining both types of insert offers a cost effective alternative where both general and heavy duty loads are stored. Add on to adjacent bays to increase storage space, level positions may be adjusted at any time to permit storing of non standard items. The facility of combining each of the three shelf depths together along with the choice of ten bay lengths is the solution to any storage problem. 6 Mobile Shelving Factory fitted composite castors convert the Fermostock range into an extremely mobile system that allows deep and thorough cleaning. Braked castors are fitted at diagonal corners for secure stowage. As with standard FERMOSTOCK the choice of insert can be mixed to suit site requirements. 7 Multi-Service Trolley The multi-service FERMOD trolley is designed for the food industry and conforms to the construction and regulations ensuring the highest hygienic standards. These trolleys can be used with or without polymer removable shelf inserts depending of the version and are dishwasher safe (-30 C / +90 C). They are equipped with 4 composite castors, 2 with brakes (diam. 125).
