45 Rail Replacement Track conditions in the Transitway Mall have deteriorated faster than anticipated due to heavy volume DART will replace 1.25 miles of track through the Central Business District Cost is nearly $50 million Funding has been provided within the FY 2014 Budget and 20-Year Financial Plan.
