11 Belmont s Solar Credit Policy You use your system s electricity and save cents/kilowatthour. Your excess energy is sent back to the grid. Belmont Light gives you credit on your bill for the energy you ve sent at 11 cents/kilowatthour.

12 Belmont s Solar Credit Policy On average, your system will send 40% of its power to your house for use and 60% to the electric grid. To give you a conservative estimate in this situation, we use 13 cents/kwh in your proposal.
