2 Program History City Council initiated iti t a study that t indicated transportation blight Front Beach Road Community Redevelopment Area was created and validated Plan and Strategies Documented Area Boundary Established (2200 ac) The City Council, sitting as Ex-Officio Governing body, directs all redevelopment efforts Front Beach Road CRA does not include the Pier Park CRA
