5 History of Campagna Canada Campagna Motors was founded by Daniel Campagna in Campagna was a part of a Gilles Villeneuve racing team and wanted to replicate the Formula One experience for drivers. In 2008, Andre Morissette and David Neault, through CIRBIN, Inc. purchased the assets of the entity then operating as Campagna Motors. Campagna Motors branded vehicles have been available for sale in the US since 2001 through selected dealers. Three significant developments since the CIRBIN s acquisition: Industrialized manufacturing processes and improved quality while reducing cost. Established a partnership with BMW AG. Developed and grew the T-REX and V13R brand awareness of Campagna s vehicles.

A: Campagna USA has the exclusive rights to the US market for the 2 existing product lines and will own the worldwide rights for the next generation vehicles that will be manufactured in the USA. Q: How could NAFTA affect the business? A: NAFTA negotiations might affect the assembly of the existing vehicles in Canada, some assembly in the USA could be required to meet the new rules. Campagna Motors Canada is monitoring NAFTA developments and will address the situation when it is concluded. Q: How do you differentiate your vehicles from the competition? A: We ve always been at the forefront of making the most agile, performant and high-end vehicles that provide the best ride, the most exciting experience. We offer the lightest vehicles on the market because of our design, choice of materials, engine selections and many other factors. This is our DNA.
