4 DESIGN MPS modular design allows for the customer to add onto the number of picking bays required as their separation requirements change or production increases. Fully containerised to reduce transport costs Can meet the customer demands by not limiting the number of bays they can choose. 1200mm (48 ) wide conveyor. Wider belts available on request. Heavy duty input section with impact bars and feedboot with additional support legs. Fixed stairway access which complies with all safety regulations Overall stability is provided from heavy duty inner and outer box sections with support stays spanning from each jackleg to conveyor chassis. Conveyor durability is provided with heavy duty side plate and conveyor side frame depth of 1050mm (42 ). Universal sliding platforms on picking bays simplifies installation procedure

11 Diesel Genset brings to the user a unique trio of Highly efficient running solutions. 1. Diesel / Electric Generator Conveyor belt on the machine can be driven by a Direct Electric Drive. This feature can be up to 40% more efficient than a traditional Diesel / Hydraulic system or indeed other types of Dual Power systems consisting of an Electric / Hydraulic combination. 2. Mains Electric Easily allows the operator to turn off the Genset and switch over to Mains Electric (where available). This is the ultimate in Running Cost efficiency 3. An Edge machine with an inboard Diesel Genset can easily be set up to allow the machine to be powered by another Diesel Electric Machine close by. This has obvious running and maintenance cost advantages.
