2 As per W.B.U.T. curriculum, the institute have to arrange industrial visit for B.TECH 3 rd Year Electrical Engineering students. Accordingly, we have requested the General Manager, Kolaghat Thermal Power station, vide Fax message dated (Fax no.: ) of Principal, Narula Institute of Technology, Agarpara for giving permission for two days (one day for EE 3A and other day for EE 3B section) in this current academic year. In response to this message Sr. Manager(E), Training Cell, KTPS, WBPDCL have send their confirmation for two days and vide dated The same matter was informed to the Registrar, NIT, Agarpara for arranging a bus on and from NIT college campus to KTPS and return back vide dated of HOD-EE, NIT. The required bus was provided by the NIT, Agarpara on the above mentioned days. On we were started from NIT campus with the students of EE3A section at 7.20 a.m by a bus (Bus : WB 73/A- 7078) arranged by the institute. We reached KTPS at about 9.30 a.m. The students were subdivided into three groups and members of Engineers Welfare Forum of WBPDCL were demonstrated the different areas inside the plant. Lunch was arranged by the same FORUM at the Officers Recreation Club, KTPP Township with our financial involvement. At 4.50 p.m. we returned to NIT campus from KTPS Township. On the next day, we were started from NIT campus with the students of EE3B section at 7.35 a.m by the same bus. We reached KTPS at about 9.40 a.m. The students were subdivided into three groups and members of Engineers Welfare Forum of WBPDCL were demonstrated the different areas inside the plant. Lunch was arranged by the same FORUM at the Officers Recreation Club, KTPP Township with our financial involvement. At 4.40 p.m. we returned to NIT campus from KTPS Township. Page 2
