3 This lightweight but sturdy transport cart made of anodized aluminum is designed for internal transport of baskets, trays and shelves of both sterile and non-sterile items. The cart is equipped with sound-dampening runners. The high quality wheels ensure easy manoeuvring in and between departments. quickly assembled in-house by following 9 easy steps. This cart has space for 11 sets of sound-dampening runners which can handle 11 stainless steel wire baskets or shelves for optimal loading of the cart. Easy to adapt Our patented "Tourne-Click" runners will allow you to adjust height as needed without the use of tools. Durable The cart is made of corrosion free anodized aluminum which is easy to clean and disinfect. The cart is also equipped with bumpers on the front to prevent damage to walls and furniture. Castors Maneuvering the cart is a breeze thanks to the four Tente non-marking 5 inch gray swivel wheels. The cart is easily blocked by the two brakes on the front wheels. 5 Sterisystem Stericart standard. The Stericart is made from highly polished AISI 304 stainless steel and is suitable for use in washing tunnels. The Stericart was developed as a transport cart for use between the sterile departments the advantage of using just one model. The unique concept with space for 12 sets of sound-dampening runners lets the user choose between 11 stainless steel wire baskets or 11 stainless steel wire Belintra's Sterisystem Stericarts are suitable for use in washing tunnels thanks to the high-quality materials used and the specially designed wheels for this application. Highly polished stainless steel resistance to corrosion. no residual moisture. Closed base plate Belintra's Stericart has a solid stainless steel base plate on the bottom preventing kicked up dirt and dust from reaching the sterile sets on the cart. The base plate also has a roof-shaped slope preventing water or moisture to remain on the surface. 7 Tambour Transport and Storage Carts The transport and storage carts with tambour doors are used primarily in the departments. This type of transport cart can also be a solution for medication distribution in larger departments or as a storage device for sterile and non-sterile items in many other departments. Our transport and storage carts with tambour doors are only available light grey. The transport and storage cart with tambour doors is a multifunctional transport and storage cart for ISO (16 x 24 inch) baskets and trays. The electronic lock allows medication and other items to be stocked and transported securely. Synthetic roll-down shutter The cart is equipped with a push button for easy, ergonomic opening of the tambour door. The shutter is retracted in one continuous movement into a closed unit underneath the cart preventing dirt from interfering with the system. If necessary the roll-down shutter can be removed from the cart for thorough cleaning. Handle The synthetic tambour door has an aluminum handle spanning the entire width of the door which allows the door to be opened and closed safely and ergonomically. Lock Our carts come with an electronic lock which is located right below the unit's top. The push button is locked in the close position, a 4 digit code unlocks the button.
