7 MAN Essentials MAN Essentials is your free, digital home base, the central integration point to MAN Digital Services. All basic information on your registered vehicles is available to you at any time: vehicle and driver information, position, short journey log, information on vehicle performance, mileage and technical parameters. Everything is available at a glance the ideal tool for you as a fleet manager or materials requirement planner, for efficient recording processes and administration of your fleet together with all basic data. The basis for comprehensive fleet integration and other services and functions which can benefit you in the market place. Requirement: MAN Essentials can only be used with a RIO Box installed or a RIO transmission unit. MAN Advance MAN Advance is the ideal tool for professional evaluation and analysis of vehicle data the digital database for your fleet management. MAN Advance gives you reliable information on vehicle use, location history and key performance indicators (e.g. average fuel consumption or vehicle weight), all this over a period of up to 25 months. Whether it is used for individual vehicles or complex vehicle groups, MAN Advance is the professional basic module for today s fleet management. MAN Perform The perfect synergy of driver and vehicle is vital to the success of your business. In MAN Perform, the focus lies upon the driver s performance data. MAN Perform analyses all vehicle data over the required period, especially with regard to driving history, and provides you with a basis for comparison. With the addition of MAN Advance, the MAN Perform data history is extended over longer periods. On the control panel, you can individually specify evaluations on the control panel through different selection criteria such as vehicle groups or through individual parameters such as downtime. This is how MAN Perform provides fleet managers with a complete overview of all relevant data. For example, it can inform you about all vehicles that are stationary for more than ten minutes with the engine running, or it can show you the current ranking list of your most efficient drivers. MAN Compliant Control and archiving of tachograph and driver card data are legal requirements for you as the fleet manager. MAN Compliant automatically saves the required data in the cloud and makes it available for download in your standard country format, meaning that manual and time-consuming transfers to the vehicle are no longer required.
