The highlights: WIDE BEAM Our wide beam format takes into account that the human field of vision is around 180 degrees horizontally and only around 130 degrees vertically. The oval shape of the light and the Wide Beam technology makes things twice as safe: You don't only see more, but are also seen from every angle. SAFETY YTRION CELL This battery technology is predominantly found in electric vehicles. But it's also perfect for Ledlensers. A Safety Ytrion Cell is considerably lighter than a nickel-metal hydride battery and can be charged up to five times faster than a lithium-ion battery. Plus it offers more than 5,000 charge cycles with virtually zero capacity loss from "memory effect. ADVANCED FOCUS SYSTEM SMART LIGHT TECHNOLOGY TEMPERATURE CONTROL RAPID FOCUS Galileo swore by the power of lenses; Newton by the power of reflectors. Our lights stay cool, even when they work hard: Thanks to the smart and fully automated temperature control, a Ledlenser never gets too hot, no matter how much you use it. This protects you from burns and the LED from overheating. When you focus and defocus the flashlight or headlamp, our reflector lens moves in relation to the LED. To make this process as fast and ergonomic as possible for users we developed Rapid Focus: a single-hand operated mechanism used to change the light mode at lightning speed. X-LENS TECHNOLOGY OPTISENSE TECHNOLOGY FLOATING CHARGE SYSTEM EMERGENCY LIGHT This technology is an enhancement of the Advanced Focus System (AFS). It can merge virtually any number of reflector lenses and synchronizes their individual light beams into a perfect beam. The result is a high-grade, homogeneous floodlight in unfocused mode and our most sharply focused high beam to date. Whether it's dusk, shady, dim or pitch-black: With Optisense technology, your Ledlenser will automatically adapt to the current light conditions. The innovative dimmer controls the brightness based on the reflection of its own light without annoying glare. Cordless and weightless charging: With the Floating Charge System, which can be wall-mounted, and the magnetic charging cable, the lamp seems to float in its mount and is ready to use with a mere flick of the wrist. In addition to charging via USB, with an adapter the system can also be plugged into standard outlets or connected to cigarette lighter plugs in cars. Turns your flashlight into an emergency light: If the power goes out while your Ledlenser is in the charging base, it will automatically turn on.
