This system work in off grid mode and also hybrid with grid or diesel generator for water pumping in night or unstable weather conditions. Solar PV panels generate DC power when exposed in sun light, this DC power is supplied to MPPT inverter drive which convert this DC power in to regulated AC power and feed to the water pump motor. As a result water pump start pumping water according to its specification. SITECNO has special software to synchronise the PV power, inverter drive and water pump parameters for the smooth working of solar water pump system during the day time in the presence of sunlight. 6 SOLAR WATER PUMP INVERTER Danfoss Solar Pump Inverter: The IP66 solution is innovative from both the hardware and the software control strategy point of view. A small enclosure where to place the mains switch and the surge protection device replaces the usual big cabinet, as the inverter is placed outside. The IP66 inverter can be installed outdoors without any reliability risk. It doesn t require maintenance, as there are no filters to clean/replace. Correct operation of the drive is visible from outside thanks to 4 LEDs showing the operating conditions: Power-ON, Run, Ready, Fault. An IP66 display panel can also be connected to get detailed information when needed, or kept permanently installed on the drive to show several variables (running speed, MWh counter, etc.)complementary products Solar panel connection mode: Stand-alone solution: inverter supplied by solar panels DC voltage. 7 SOLAR WATER PUMP Applications For water supply, irrigation, civil, industrial and fire fighting applications. Features All pumps feature complete fabricated stainless steel AISI 304 construction. All pumps are equipped with water lubricated rubber wear rings and bush bearings to work well with sand, found in well water. These pumps offers higher pumping efficiency due to state-of-the-art computerized hydraulic design and usage of stainless steel sheet metal which offers a very low co-efficient of friction. This significantly reduces energy consumption. These pump can withstand harsh, abrasive and corrosive environment due to their construction in high grade AISI 304 stainless steel. All pumps are equipped with reliable non-return valve to prevent back flow and reduces water hammer when the pump is stopped. Material: Bore well pumps for 4 wells (DN 100 mm), 6 (DN 150 mm), 8 (DN 200mm) and 10 (DN 250 mm) are constructed completely out of stainless steel AISI 304. The motors used for the measurement are standard motors. Test results with clean cold water, without gas content. Measurements have been made with airless water at a temperature of 20 C. All components are manufactured with superior quality material and are machined using precision CNC machine tools to ensure that motors are produced of excellent quality and reliability.
