2 SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE $1.25 per gallon of estimated daily usage. Daily usage will be estimated as set forth in the Louisiana Sanitary Code. The system development charges are expressed in a charge per gallons per day (GPD). The projected usage of a particular commercial project shall be determined in accordance with the projected daily flows set forth in the Louisiana Sanitary Code. Children s themed entertainment facilities which provide food service operations, but which also provide children s entertainment on a regular basis, and which experience great variations in usage due to the use of their facilities for parties and other events, shall have their initial GPD of average daily flow determined at 20 GPD per seat, which is the average of the GPD for an ordinary restaurant (35 GPD per seat) and the GPD for a banquet room (5 GPD per seat). CONNECTION FEE $ This charge is to cover the administration cost of re-establishing service and with reading the meter upon a change of customer where service has previously been established. For customers connecting both water and sewer services the connection fee would be $ in total. RE-CONNECTION FEE $ This charge is for re-establishing service after disconnection for non-payment, failure to make deposit, fraudulent or seasonal use. For customers re-connecting both water and sewer services the re-connection fee would be $ in total. SERVICE CHARGE $65.00 This charge shall cover the cost of a company repairman sent to a consumer s premises at the customer s request when the trouble is found to be in the consumer s house piping. NSF CHECK FEE $20.00 LATE CHARGE 5% on payments received 20 days after the billing date METER TAMPERING CHARGE $ METER TEST FEE $25.00 DEPOSIT Up to a maximum of $50.00 Residential Maximum charge 2 ½ times monthly bill. 3 BULK PURCHASED WATER RATE The Company will charge, as a separate line item on the customer's bill, for the cost of water purchased from its water suppliers, including any government body or agency, or other entity. The charges imposed or charged by the Company s water suppliers will be charged to the affected customers based on each customer's metered consumption. The Bulk Purchased Water Rates, Fees and Charges shall be as follows: BULK PROVIDER Wesley Chapel Water Service (WCWS) RATES Residential $15.00 per month for the first 2,000 gallons $3.00 per thousand or part over 1,000 gallons Small Commercial Rates (2-4 Residencies on one meter) $41.50 per month for the first 15,000 gallons $3.00 per thousand or part over 15,000 gallons Large Commercial Rates (Over 4 Residencies on one meter) $81.50 per month for the first 15,000 gallons $3.00 per thousand or part over 15,000 gallons MISCELLANEOUS FEES/CHARGES New Meter Installations $ same side of the road plus deposit $1, Road bore plus deposit Effective: December 1, 2018 P a g e 3
4 BULK PROVIDER Ebenezer Water RATES Residential $15.50 per month for the first 2,000 gallons $6.00 per thousand or part over 1,000 gallons Commercial - Agriculture $27.00 per month for the first 1,000 gallons $3.00 per thousand or part over 1,000 gallons Commercial - Medium $30.00 per month for the first 1,000 gallons $7.00 per thousand or part over 1,000 gallons Commercial - Heavy $45.00 per month for the first 1,000 gallons $7.00 per thousand or part over 1,000 gallons MISCELLANEOUS FEES/CHARGES Tap Fees $ plus $75.00 deposit Should the Company receive increases from its water suppliers, the Company may request an increase from the Commission in accordance with the pass-through rate increase. Customers in these subdivisions will have meters installed and moved into volumetric rate structure over the next 18 months and will be billed under the volumetric rate schedule effective at that time.
