This system reserves at least 21 slots for teams from Eastern and Western Europe as well, while 4-4 slots are offered for participants from the American and the Asian-African region. Combustion Electric Driverless Western Europe Eastern Europe Americas Asia / Africa Joint list* * determined based on the nationality and type of pre-registered teams During event registration teams must fill out a registration quiz which includes questions about general FS knowledge and the FS East Rules as well as theoretical and technical problems. The registration order is determined based on the number of correct answers and the submission time. After Period #1 of the registration, open slots of a region are filled with waiting list teams (Period #2-3), In Period #4 the top waiting list teams are offered the chance to get their documents checked during the preparations and get invited to the competition in case a starter list team has to withdraw.
