5 III.A Preliminary Traffic Report Addendum 1. Provided responses to community questions and comments. Generally, these were related to: a. P-Hook and affect on Fairmont traffic b. Volume of traffic and operation of Salem/Sperry overpass c. Concerns over one-way operation of the Interim Condition 5

Analysis utilizes afternoon (PM) peak hour volumes as these were higher than morning (AM) volumes c. Trucks were found to be less than 10% of the volume 6
