2 JANUARY DESIRE What makes you fulfilled? What do you really need in life? Who would you want to be? Desire to pursue a cause not for reward but growth. There can be no accomplishment without desire. Dare to dream.

3 FEBRUARY PASSION What fires you up? A mission without passion is short-lived. Sustainability is a product of intrinsic energy resulting from desire & passion for success. Keep up the motivation.

4 MARCH VISION See beyond the limit of possibility. Where others see disaster and failure, see a bright and promising future. Have a purpose greater than your goal. This will lead you around perils to the promising future of unimaginable opportunity.

5 APRIL COMMITMENT What is hard to do is also what needs to be done most. Be brave and commit in spite of the obstacles along the way. Be a testament of mind over matter. Use fear to motivate action instead of letting it stop you.

6 MAY FAITH Do not be a doubter. Be a doer. Believe in yourself because you are deeply honest with yourself. Despite your detractors, fears, and any past failures, make the choice to believe that you will overcome all odds to live your dream.

7 JUNE ACTION You have not begun until you take action. Activity is the antidote to almost any problem you face. A decision not acted upon was never made. Procrastination fuels fear and self-doubt. A single step births courage. Many steps build momentum. Experience comes only through action.

8 JULY PERSEVERANCE Be resolute in everything you do. Your ability to persevere in the storm of life is what defines you. Focus & never quit till it s done.

9 AUGUST ATTITUDE Within you is the wisdom and power to accomplish whatever you set to. Personal growth begins inside you. Rising up is more of attitude than action. No one acts right with the wrong attitude.

10 SEPTEMBER KNOWLEDGE Be a student of life. Learn from failure and triumph. Learn from the world around you and the people you interact with. Be a friend of books. Be a life-long learner for learning leads to empowerment and victory.

11 OCTOBER CHARACTER You are your character. Forget the titles, colour, height and dress code. When all is taken away your true character remains. It is the authentic you. No one lives on a borrowed character. Guard it with all you ve got.

12 NOVEMBER FAMILY Show love. Family is what brought you up & is what you live for. No matter the differences, always remember to APPRECIATE them.

13 DECEMBER GRATITUDE Pat yourself in the Back. Always celebrate the milestones already made. Do not sulk at your failure while neglecting the small wins. Remember that much has been given to you already. Be grateful for what you have and share.
