The chllenge is to get flexiility nd temperture homogeneity performnces to chieve pproprite curing of the resin lid on the whole ptch. Our lnkets meet these specifictions together with long life durtion. To nswer to vrious expressions of needs nd configurtions, GMI hs een led to design vriety of fmilies of lnkets tht differ in terms of size geometry, electricl circuit design, dpttion to shpes, specifictions to meet constrints of the use environment... A vriety of items ccording to dimensions re on stock ut ll dimensions cn e ordered specificlly. Shped items cn lso e designed nd mnufctured. All our lnkets re engineered to meet the temperture control specifictions of our ANITA Bonding Consoles. Voltge to e specified t the order : 230 or 120 Volts AC monophse Led output in t externl to the heting re unless specified differently, Led length: 500 mm (20 in);, unless specified differently Leds re mounted with connector stndrd for connection to ANITA controller cles (unless ordered differently) Wttge: the wttge depends of the specific needs of the ppliction plnned y the customer. However, stndrd lnkets for the use with n ANITA Bonding Console is s follows: the mximum wttge per surfce unity (density) is usully etween 0,6 to 0,7 wtts /squre centimeter Shpe, nd electricl zones; we mnufcture stndrd lnkets ccording to rectngulr, or round design. These performnces cn only e chieved if the resistnce wire is routed with mximum of density nd regulrity. GMI mnufctures its lnkets to meet this specifiction recommendtion. To get etter temperture homogeneity performnces, it cn e interesting to divide the surfce in two or more zones tht will e controlled in temperture. The Anit console llows this feture nd the user is invited to tke enefit of it when deling with lrge surfce or structures with vriility of thicknesses DESIGN OF BLANKETS IN 1 ZONE Two models re possile ccording to the position of the T: SS, T in the middle of the smll side LS, T in the middle of the lrge side The model SS is the stndrd model. If you do not specify differently, your lnket s ordered will e with t in the middle of the smll side.
