Fedepalma The National Federation of Oil Palm Growers (Fedepalma) exists to support the oil palm growers in the defense of their interests and achieving an agribusiness competitiveness of a business that transforms the lives of local communities and promotes the progress and welfare. Faithfully represents the interests of its members and its role is indispensable, to meet their needs even beyond their expectations. Their mission is to search the satisfaction of national markets, with a high quality product, generating returns for their shareholders, workers and the surrounding communities. This company has been a member since 2012 and has been working actively towards achieving the certification by mid Aceites Manuelita Manuelita is a family owned business that has developed mainly on sugar cane, since For the past 20+ years, it has expanded to oil palm for biodiesel. Manuelita is not currently a member of the RSPO, however they are key players in the biofuel industry and their interest is to expand progressively in Colombia Plantaciones Unipalma de los Llanos Unipalma (short name) was founded in 1982 by Unilever in joint-venture with Colombian investors. The current general manager of this company, Mr. Luis Eduardo Betancourt, was also the President of the Fedepalma board when Mr. Jens Mesa was the representative for ROW. Unipalma is not currently a member company but they are taking very serious steps to achieve certification of their operations. 6. They have been member of the RSPO since 2009 and, within their group of companies; they aim to be certified in the next six months Comercializadora Internacional Acepalma S.A. Created initially by Fedepalma, Acepalma (short) is Colombia s largest broker of national palm oil. Currently is made up by 136 partners and it is actively seeking SCC certification to offer certified products to its clients. Acepalma is a member of the RSPO since CATEGORY: Environmental NGO s 1. World Wildlife Fund (WWF) - Colombia The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is a global-scale conservation organization that works in 100 countries and consists of nearly 5 million members worldwide Fundacion Natura Colombia Fundacion Natura was established in 1983 with the aim to preserve and support policies for sustainable development in Colombia 3. The Nature Conservancy - Colombia The Nature Conservancy joins forces with governments, nonprofit organizations, local stakeholders, indigenous communities, corporate partners, and international organizations to find solutions to conservation challenges. Their conservation tactics include the protection of private lands, the creation of conservation-minded public policies, and the funding of conservation projects around the world. This group decided to offer the business sector leadership to guide the country towards sustainable development,

6 understood as a balance between economic growth, social progress and ecological balance ICONTEC ICONTEC is a multinational organization of private non-profit affiliation that works to promote standardization, certification, metrology and quality management in Colombia. It is formed by linking voluntary national government representatives, private sectors of production, distribution and consumption, the technology sector in its different branches and for all other legal and natural persons who are interested in joining Cenipalma The Corporation Research Centre for Oil Palm (Cenipalma), is a corporation of scientific and technical, non-profit, created in 1991 with the purpose of generating, adapting, validate and transfer technology in the cultivation of oil palm, processing and consumption Control Union Control Union is a global network of inspection operations and dedicated laboratories. 4 P a g e
