In 202, LUKOIL increased its share in JV operating ISAB refining complex (Italy) from 60% to 80%. Transaction value was 494 million euros (approximately $62 million). In 203, LUKOIL increased its share in JV operating ISAB refining complex (Italy) from 80% to 00%. Transaction value was 426 million euros (approximately $583 million) after final adjustments. The ISAB complex consists of 2 refineries joined by a system of pipelines and integrated into a single technological complex as well as three sea tanker wharfs, a tank battery with storage capacity for 3.7 mcm. 12 Zeeland Refinery LUKOIL in Russia and the world In September 2009, LUKOIL acquired 45% in the JV operating Zeeland Refinery. Transaction value was $700 million. Zeeland also owns 22% share in Maasvlakte Olie Terminal C.V. (Rotterdam) and 7% share in Maasvlakte Olie Terminal N.V. (Rotterdam) oil terminals in with total capacity of 3.5 million tonnes.
