2 Statutes of SMPCSA adopted by requirement of Rosmorrechflot dated 31 March 2005 ВР р Main tasks: organization and conduction of action of search and rescue distressed people and vessels at sea including measures resulting from international obligations of the Russian Federation in the field in question; organization and conduction the operations on combating at sea of o spillage of oil, oil products and other harmful chemical substances, including the measures resulting from international obligations of the Russian Federation in the field in question; providing the consulting to organization of maritime transport in the field of marine environment protection and enforcement of the implementation of the international obligations of the Russian Federation in this field.

7 In order to renew salvage and rescue fleet in the system of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation with Federal Program «Modernization of the transport system ( ) and Federal Program «The development of transport system in Russia ( ), Subprogram «Marine Transport it provides the development of technical projects of rescue vessels of the new generation, and their building at the Russian ship-yards.

10 MARINE DIVING VESSEL Length -38,64 m, Breath extreme 7,2 m, height of board till the upper desk 3.2 m, height of board till the forecastle desk - 5,7 m, summer drought (summer load line) 2.1m. Displacement (summer drought) 376 tn. Full speed (claim water for new painting hull without fouling) 11knots, economic speed 8knots.
