7 Propane Diesel Injection System How it works. The Powershot PDI uses a patented technology that mixes a small amount of gas (vapor propane) with the intake air of a turbo charged diesel engine, prior to the introduction of that air into the engine.

9 Propane Diesel Injection System How is it implemented? A propane motor fuel tank is attached to the vehicle with the PDI system. All tanks are manufactured to ASME and DOT standards.

10 Propane Diesel Injection System Only two lines are routed to the engine compartment; one to provide boost pressure to the PDI system. The other hose provides for the delivery of propane vapor to the air intake just before the turbo charger.
