IMPORTANT: All independent contractors on your site are required to have MSHA training. If they are on your site without it, MSHA will give them a citation AND usually give you one. Also if independent contractors do have the 46 or 48 training certificate, they need to have a company MSHA training plan or the training certificates are not valid. So help us help you keep everyone not only safe but compliant! MSHA has asked us to have a copy of the training plan as well. Please give a copy of this class listing to your independent contractors.
