Lost time injury frequency (LTIF): The number of fatalities and lost work day injuries per million hours worked.

15 Safe by Design Purpose: Explore the current industry use of a particular topic with the focus on safe by design Examine the current design controls relating to the topic, discuss where current design has potentially failed, and identify opportunities for improvement Outputs to be published on the G9 website to be used as a reference function by the industry

16 Safe by Design Intention for 2-3 New Safe by Design Workshops in 2015, covering : Emergency escape/evacuation Fire Risk in WTGs (25 Mar 2015) Lifting Operations Working at Height, TP and WTG design on ladders, lifts, anchor systems and PPE
