1 ORDERING INFORMATION SHEET How to Order a MEMOLUB High Pressure Lubricator There are two steps to ordering a new MEMOLUB lubricator : Step 1 - Choose the model and size of the MEMOLUB lubricator Models MEMOLUB HPS - This model is battery powered and the lubricant output is programmed using the simple MEMO system. A completely self-contained lubricator. MEMOLUB EPS - This model allows you to utilize a local power source to operate the lubricator. It is available in a 24VDC model and also uses the MEMO system to control the lubricant output. MEMOLUB PLCD - This model gives you total control over the lubrication process. The lubricator connects directly to your PLC which powers the unit and controls the lubricant output cycles. Can be synced to your machine requirements. Sizes All MEMOLUB high pressure lubricators are available in three lubricant reservoir sizes and can be filled with oil or grease (up to NLGI #2) : 120cc (approximately 1/4 lb) 240cc (approximately 1/2 lb) 480cc (approximately 1 lb) 120cc 240cc 480cc Part Number Format ML XXX XXX-XXX MEMOLUB EPS Voltage MEMOLUB Model 24V - 24VDC max amp HPS - Battery powered MEMOLUB Size EPS - Externally powered 120 Standard Model 120 (120cc) PLCD - Externally powered and programmed Mega Model 240 (240cc) (Leave blank if ordering a HPs or PLCD model) Giga Model 480 (480cc) Example : To order a new MEMOLUB Model EPS 24VDC lubricator with a 480cc reservoir, the part number would be MLEPS480 24V. 2 ORDERING INFORMATION SHEET Step 2 - Order the Lubricant Cartridge Kit for the MEMOLUB lubricator The cartridge kit is sold separately from the lubricator due to the fluctuating cost of lubricants. Power Lube Industrial stocks over 200 lubricants to meet your equipment requirements. Our Lube List is constantly changing so if your lubricant is not listed please give us a call.
