2 Introduction, located in Waddinxveen, The Netherlands, is an independent engineering contractor for the chemical, petrochemical and related industries since the year Quality Requirements We are ISO-9001 and ISO certified and qualified for module D, D1, H & H1 according Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. Depending project requirements, an overall quality-plan will be developed with the client and thereafter strictly adhered to. All personnel is certified for their duties (e.g. welders, NDT personnel etc.) and appropriate design standards are used during design & manufacturing. Safety Requirements The packages will be designed and constructed to ensure safe and proper operation for operating personnel and for the environment according international standards. Standards and Codes Over the years, Eltacon has obtained an excellent reputation in the design and fabrication of tailor made equipment. We supply equipment according our own quality standards as well as according International and specific customer specifications. Eltacon Engineering is specialised in the treatment & transportation of gasses and oil related fluids for various applications. By combining our skills and knowledge of processes, mechanical and electrical applications together with our capabilities in design, engineering, manufacturing, delivery and commissioning we deliver products and services for the International industry. Products and services are available as partial solutions as well as total solutions or specific service. Some examples of our product range on design and manufacturing of custom build packages are: - Gas compressor packages - Gas fuel units and liquid fuel systems - Metering skids for gasses and fluids Engineering and Packaging We also can offer third party engineering and packaging. This additional service is based upon skills within our organisation and our specific knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical and process engineering. Engineering Eltacon has performed engineering and project activities for a large number of small and medium size projects for numerous national and international reputable customers. The highly qualified staff of engineers, designers and draftsman enables us to offer "in-house" engineering in all important disciplines like: - Mechanical engineering (structural steel, piping, pressure retaining equipment). - Rotating equipment engineering. - Electrical, instrumentation and system control engineering. - Procurement, inspection and expediting as well as QA/QC. - Drafting and (3 dimensional) CAD. Packaging / Project Management Packaging is based upon our practical and theoretical experience regarding skid mounted packaged units. Basically all types of equipment can be packaged according your standard and international requirements. Page 2 of 8

3 Gas Fuel Systems Since 1988 we delivered various types of gas fuel systems for numerous national and international reputable customers. Besides the standard range based on the: - ELT-110 & ELT 120 (coalescing filters) and - ELT 315 & ELT 9594 (particle filters) we also supply larger, extended gas fuel units. Standard liquid (ELT-110 & ELT-120) filters are available in the sizes CF 01 to CF-06. When expecting large liquid quantities we can supply demister/filter combinations, sizes KOCF 03 to KOCF 06. The "figures" refer to the process connections of the vessels (so 1" up to 6"), size depending on flow quantities. Typically the gas flows range from to nm3/h corresponding with turbine outputs from 5 to 60 MW. All standard configurations are available in carbon steel, low temperature steel and stainless steel for filter housing, in- & outlet piping. Some Eltacon filter vessels during testing. Above nine (9) stainless steel vessels (in between boxes with the filter elements). Below twenty (20) vessels in carbon steel. Standard connection sizes and pressure ratings are inlet/outlet piping 1" to 8" and pressure ratings 150 to 600#. The design of each fuel system is based on the specific requirements of the consumer and the environment in which it is expected to operate. To meet those requirements we have various fuel systems available, which can be used in combination with each other or can operate as a stand-alone unit (in single or dual execution) with either standard and/or special materials. We designed and manufactured an extended range of Gas Fuel Treatment Packages for filtering, heating, cooling, pressure reducing, (fiscal) metering and all possible combinations. "Balance of Plant" Equipment When supplying Gas Compressors and Gas Treatment Systems our clients sometimes also have to arrange "Balance of Plant" equipment like Liquid Fuel Systems, condensate storage vessels or gas buffer vessels. Eltacon can supply this "Balance of Plant" equipment together with the gas systems for the same project. For turbines up to approx. 60 MW, running on liquid (or dual fuel units), Eltacon can supply Liquid Fuel Units. Two typical Eltacon LFU's with pumps and filters (upstream the pumps a strainer and downstream particle and coalescing filters) all 2x 100% layout. 6 Gas Compression Packages Compression systems are used for pressurizing fuel gas and process gasses. Consumers such as gas turbines, reformers and grids may require higher supply gas pressures into their loops than locally available. Four (4) identical Eltacon fuel gas booster compressors on a gas fired power plant in Russia. Each compressor unit has an oil-lubricated screw compressor driven by an 6 kv, 800 kw E-motor driver. Gas is being compressed from 10 bara up to 30 bara. Capacity 4x kg/h. The compressor systems are used for gas boosting to gas turbines model SGT-800. Eltacon off-gas compressor (Year of construction 1995) Two (2) identical Eltacon fuel gas booster compressors in Belarus. Each unit with an oil-lubricated screw driven by a 6 kv, kw E-motor. Capacity 2x kg/h (gas pressure from 4,4 bara up to 30,5 bara). Wellhead gas compressor in operation in Siberia (suitable for temperatures down to -55 C) Page 6 of 8

7 Fuel Gas Booster Compression Packages Especially for gas fired power plants with gas turbines up to approx. 15 MW Eltacon has a range of fuel gas booster compressor packages based upon: - Howden and Grasso screws (rotor diameters 163 up to 214 mm) - Low voltage E-motors up to 355 kw As a standard these "small" packages are designed and fabricated for indoor installation (or outdoor under roof installation). Optionally these units can be made suitable for outdoor (unsheltered) installation. Typical range of "small" Fuel Gas Booster Compressors (green area) with flow in nm 3 /h & inlet pressure in bara. Five (5) Eltacon gas compressors (offshore) This Eltacon range is based on: - Gas inlet pressures between 1 and 24 bara (15 & 350 psia) - Gas discharge pressures up to 30 bara (450 psia) - Pressure ratio from a minimum of 1,2 up to approx. 22 (pending nature of gas) - Minimum "swept" volume approx. 400 am 3 /h - Installed motor power from 110 up to 355 kw - Capacity control by means of frequency-convertor Especially for gas fired power plants with gas turbines up to approx. 120 MW Eltacon has a range of fuel gas booster compressor packages based upon: - Howden and Grasso screws (rotor diameters 236 up to 429 mm) - Low, medium or high voltage E-motors up to kw. As a standard these "large" packages are designed & fabricated for outdoor installation. Optionally the units can be supplied including "integrated" package control room, air-cooled cooling water systems, gas- & fire detection as well as a fire-fighting system. 8 Instrument Air Systems When supplying Gas Compressors and Gas Treatment Systems our clients sometimes also have to arrange "Balance of Plant" equipment like an Instrument Air System. Eltacon can supply this together with the Eltacon gas systems for the same project. The Eltacon range of skid-mounted instrument air systems is suitable for indoor use. This range is based on oil-flooded rotary-vane compressors and compressed air conditioning by adsorption dryers & filter sets. Typical "motor power" range 4 kw up to 30 kw. Optionally we can supply housings allowing outdoor installation. We supplied "containerised" systems for desert conditions up to + 45 C as well as ambient temperatures down to 50 C. Service and Assistance has developed products and services to adopt customers' concerns during commissioning, start-up and operation of equipment. Technical modifications or operational adjustments caused by changes in operating philosophy or related to changes in (local) regulations can be covered in a contractual relation with Eltacon. Eltacon has field supervisors and commissioning engineers available who will come to purchasers shop or job site to provide consultation and technical support.
