Overview The following information has been assembled to aid in the conversion from a Bitzer Horizontal Screw Compressor to a Fusheng BSR Compressor.

14 Overview The following information has been assembled to aid in the conversion from a Bitzer Horizontal Screw Compressor to a Fusheng BSR Compressor. For replacement compressor selection, a capacity comparison of each compressor is given in table 1 and dimension information is given in table 2. The suction and discharge connection sizes are different between the Bitzer CS and Fusheng BSR compressors. Size information is given in table 2 The Fusheng BSR compressors are supplied with suction and discharge service valves and an internal check valve. The weight of the compressors are similar and listed in table 2 On the Fusheng BSR thermal motor protector and discharge temperature, the control circuit is wired through terminal PTC to INT96FYS 1 and 2. The reverse phase and oil switch protector is wired through terminals 11 and 14, and module power is connected to L and N. The loading and unloading between the compressors is very similar. 10

23 Notes: 1. Must remove the L1/L2/L3 connectors when check the Insulation Resistance of terminal. 2. Manual reset by removed terminal L/N over 10 sec. Fusheng - BSR INT69FSY Wring Diagram The Fusheng INT69FSY Diagnose automatically saves operational and error data in a non-volatile memory. This data can be retrieved on PC and analyzed for diagnosis. Each module is pre-wired inside the terminal box. The module monitors discharge gas/oil temperature by a PTC sensor. The module also monitors motor winding temperature by the motor sensors embedded into the motor windings which are wired in series and connected to the module. Phase sequence control for direction of rotation is also monitored. The following connections should be checked for tightness.
