The Operations Section mission is to assure that the Territory of American Samoa has an uninterrupted supply of uniformly high quality petroleum products at the most reasonable price. Manage by a full time Petroleum Officer. The Capital Development Section mission is to assure that the American Samoa Petroleum Facilities are maintained to meet the current and future need of the Territory and to comply with all applicable Federal and American Samoa Government regulations. Managed by a full time Petroleum Project Manager.
