20 Tips & facts demo tips Before a test drive, acquaint your customer with the Touch Tracer Display. Touch the cluster of controls on the left or right-hand side of the steering wheel. When you do, a duplicate image of the cluster will appear on the instrument panel, highlighting the respective image when a button is pressed. Explain how this eliminates the need to look at the steering wheel to confirm a correct selection, and instead requires only a quick glance at the instrument panel. Using your smart phone, show your customer how easy it is to access the many benefits of the Entune system. Ask the customer what type of music he or she likes and, using the vehicle s convenient touch-screen, select Pandora. Enter the title of a favorite song or artist and Pandora will scan nearly a century of songs and produce a playlist of music with similarities to your customer s favorites. Talk about some of the other apps and be sure to tell your customer that Entune comes with a 90-day complimentary trial subscription. Ask your customers if they are familiar with Smart Key. If not, hand them a Smart Key, ask them to put it in their pocket or purse and direct them to the matching Prius. Show them that they can unlock, lock and start the car, all with the key in their pocket.
