3 Beauty and brawn. We took the robust and ready Accord platform and gave it a big boost of race-inspired attitude. Sculpted aerodynamic lines seem to propel the vehicle forward. Its sporty coupe-like stance and assertive front grille cast a stately profile. We lengthened the body to increase cargo capacity and widened its wheelbase to improve stability. We also raised the ride height for greater clearance and a more commanding view of the road overall. And with its sky-grabbing power moonroof, chrome door handles and large 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels, it s a striking statement piece that s the perfect marriage of form and function.

4 Don t sweat the big stuff. Size and agility. Open the rear tailgate and the Crosstour reveals its versatile nature. In its upright position, the rear cargo area has more than enough space for your golf gear and your groceries. Pull the discreet release levers and the 60/40 split rear seats fold flat to accommodate longer items. For even more handy storage, lift up the floor panel. That s where you ll find a removable water-resistant under-floor storage box. There s luxury carpet on one side and wipe-clean all-weather rubber on the other.

5 Absolute power delights absolutely. Want power? How about a 3.5-litre, 24-valve, SOHC, i-vtec V6 engine with 271 horsepower and 254 lb.-ft. of torque? That s the most powerful engine you ll find in any Honda, and more than enough pep to reignite your love of the open road. It s legendary Accord engine performance served up via an advanced 5-speed automatic transmission with Grade Logic Control. To maximize fuel efficiency without compromising all that power, check out the advanced Variable Cylinder Management (VCM ) system. When you want raw power, the system engages all six cylinders for a truly invigorating drive. For more moderate highway or country road driving, the engine can operate on four. And when you re cruising in the city, the system can operate on three. It s the Crosstour at its versatile best: serious horsepower when you want it and greater fuel efficiency overall.

It helps to give you traction in low-grip driving conditions, along with a faster, more intuitive initial response when a loss of traction is detected. For added control and the signature Accord responsiveness the Crosstour is equipped with an independent double-wishbone front and multi-link double-wishbone rear suspension.

With steering wheel-mounted controls and Bluetooth HandsFreeLink for making and receiving calls, you ll enjoy the ride with your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road. Music to your ears comes in the form of a powerful 360-watt AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA Premium audio system with 6-disc in-dash CD changer and 7 speakers including subwoofer. For safe stopping, the 4-wheel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) helps you maintain control under hard braking conditions, while Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) with Brake Assist optimizes braking power based on weight distribution inside the vehicle. Tire Pressure Monitoring System. For added safety and enhanced fuel efficiency, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) continually monitors the air pressure in each tire. If pressure drops in any tire, an alert appears on the driver s instrument panel. Six Standard Airbags. Six airbags line the Crosstour interior, including the revolutionary passenger-side Occupant Position Detection System (OPDS) airbag that will not deploy if the system detects a smaller-sized or out-of-position occupant.
