4 Design #newcomerlegend You don t need a second look to see that the Audi Q2 as a real Audi and yet it s hard to keep your eyes off it. Its look is powerful, dynamic and radiates presence. The polygonal vehicle shoulders accentuate the large wheel arches, together crafting a clear statement: quattro¹. No matter what path the Q2 takes it s going its own way. The Rålis Skatepark in Stockholm a place that actually wasn t a place at all. 5 Design Why be restricted by other people s expectations when you can design things yourself? In Superkilen in Copenhagen the answer to this question has allowed a district to emerge that channels a wide range of different cultural influences into a creative collage of architecture and landscape gardening. #bendstraight No matter how you look at it, the Audi Q2 is a space unto itself. A brand-new line design, created especially for the Q2, culminates in corners and edges at a streamlined rear end. The body has become more athletic. 6 Design #typicallydifferent Confidence is necessary to challenge the establishment. The Audi Q2 has this confidence in its very look. With its octagonal Singleframe, it is opening a new chapter in Audi design that lends the front end its distinctive appearance. The optional LED headlights are also in step with the polygonal design. In addition, features from the Audi exclusive titanium black styling package¹ and the quantum grey paint finish are causing quite a stir as part of the optional Audi Q2 Edition #1. With the blade of the C-pillar, for example, available as optional equipment and in matching or contrasting colour, which emphasises the coupé character of the Audi Q2. 9 Design You might be forgiven for thinking that power stations don t tend to have any aesthetic ambitions. People in Stockholm think differently. The very striking green walls were made using a special pressing procedure in order to achieve a three-dimensional effect. Because there is already enough one-dimensionality around.
