This simple objective marked the start of a change in design direction for Renault. I translated the design into a life story where every vehicle represents a milestone in our adult lives. Clio embodies that "love at first sight" experience that marks the beginning of any relationship. A youthful, sexy, sporty car built with everyday life in mind. Considered as a sculpture, the New Renault Clio is an object of desire: sensuality personified. Its muscular presence and dynamic flowing lines are derived straight from the DeZir concept. There are no sharp or aggressive angles, simply a form that draws you closer and compels you to touch it.
