Use in accordance with the intended purpose Fig. : Rail-mounted stand holder (REF 72 47) The rail-mounted stand holder (REF 72 47) is designed for skilled medical staff. The operator must inspect the variable railmounted stand holder on functionality and proper condition before using it. The variable rail-mounted stand holder is designed for supporting infusion poles and drip stands of various lengths with a diameter of 2 mm. Distances of equipment rails of various depths may be adjusted in a range between 90 mm and 8 mm. Attach variable rail-mounted stand holder only to an equipment rail of 2 x 0 mm. Use railmounted stand holder only in combination with a second rail-mounted stand holder. Fasten this second rail-mounted stand holder to a parallel attached equipment rail..2 Symbols used Symbols Identification Symbol for maximum load capacity of the product. max. Do not exceed the maximum load of 20 kg of the system consisting of two railmounted stand holders and the connection rod (e. g. infusion pole, infusion stand). Observe maximum load capacity of equipment rail. Use the rail-mounted stand holder only in combination with an additional support of the inserted pole (e. g. infusion stand) (2-point attachment). This fixing prevents the inserted pole from rotating around the spacer tube.. Operation and use.. Tighten fixing screw () by turning it into Ensure tight fit of the rail-mounted stand holder. Insert spacer tube (4) into front boring of the rail-mounted stand holder () until the end. Tighten fixing screw () by turning it into Slide on crosspiece (7) with the smaller boring (ø 8, mm) on the spacer tube (4), as required. Do not use the following products for cleaning and disinfection: Products containing alcohol (e. g. hand disinfectants) Halogenides (e. g. fluorites, chlorides, bromides, iodides) Dehalogenating compounds (e. g. fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine) Products that may scratch the surface (e. g. scouring agents, wire brushes, wire wool) Standard commercial solvents (e. g. benzene, thinner) Water containing iron particles Cleaning sponges containing iron Products containing hydrochloric acid Use approved detergents and disinfectants only. Use a soft, lint free cloth or a soft nylon brush to clean the product. NOTE Where the product is very dirty it is advisable to carry out an additional disinfection procedure before cleaning the product..6. Cleaning procedure Use the correct dose of multi-purpose detergent with water for the degree of surface contamination and in accordance with the instructions of the detergent manufacturer. Thoroughly wipe off the product with a soft cloth slightly wetted in a multi-purpose detergent solution. Ensure that the product is free of contamination and encapsulated particles of grime. Thoroughly wipe off the product with a soft cloth dipped in clean water. Ensure that the product is free of detergent residues. Dry product with a dry, absorbent and lint free cloth. 99This will help to reduce pathogen growth on the product's surface. Wipe disinfect the product after every cleaning process..7 ATMOS products ATMOS will take back used products or those which are no longer in service.
