6 the DRIVABILITY Symmetrical AWD, DCCD and improved aerodynamics Exclusive to the WRX STI, new DCCD All-Wheel Drive coupled with a mechanical LSD, normally splits torque distribution 41%/59% between front and rear wheels. Allied with a steering wheel angle sensor that continuously computes driver intentions, it translates automatically into exquisite steering, more predictable grip and handling, and ideal driving lines despite varying road conditions. This latest evolution of AWD not only grips the road, but also your soul like nothing else can. An aluminium roof vane draws more air to the rear spoiler to produce greater down force. Therefore the new package of AWD, DCCD and improved aerodynamics remain consistent with the sporting genes of Subaru

7 the POWER 2.5-litre DOHC Turbo SUBARU BOXER Take a perfectly balanced and evolved DOHC Turbo SUBARU BOXER engine and enlarge it to 2.5-litres. The result is nothing short of sensational the pure heart and soul of WRX STI s performance spirit. Power is up to 206 kw (280 ps). Torque is a colossal 392 Nm (40 kgfm). Active Valve Control System variable valve timing and secondary air system combustion also play their part. The result is stupendous performance, acceleration and smooth driving, in the compliance with EURO4 emission levels at the same time
