With Cobalt, OEMs have the convenience of a ready-to-install, quick-to-market, fully integrated cab, with the design flexibility to make it unique to their brand. For the past 60 years, our engineering team has been designing and manufacturing awardwinning cabs for many of the world s top OEMs. Our success has largely been founded on our ability to listen to the voice of the customer in developing custom, equipment-specific cabs to meet the functional, aesthetic and branding requirements of our diverse customer base. The decision to introduce Cobalt our first standard product line was based on a noticeable gap in the market. Until now, there has never been a fully customizable cab available on a standard, modern platform. For years, OEMs have been given about as much design flexibility as buyers of the 1915 Model T you can have any color as long as it s black. With cookie-cutter options, OEMs have traditionally been tasked with making costly and time-consuming modifications to the cab in order to make it align with the functionality and aesthetic requirements of their equipment. 4 FEATURES AND BENEFITS Modern cab structure The Cobalt cab features a solid steel construction and e-coat/powder paint topcoat that has been tested to meet the rigors of harsh work environments with a safe, pressurized cabin. Its reverse raked, A-post construction gives a modern and pragmatic look with nods to several of America s most iconic sports cars. The resulting window space, coupled with a center-mounted seat, provides best-in-class operator visibility and a feeling of unparalleled spaciousness. Flexible exterior styling The exterior of the Cobalt models can be accessorized to meet your individual requirements and branding. doors Double-sealed for superior environmental protection Installed on front or rear hinges, depending on your preference Mirrors Large, adjustable and telescoping for maximum visibility and ease of transport Upgrades include heated, electrically adjustable premium option Exterior lighting Comes standard in four adjustable halogen front lights, which can be upgraded to LED or HID Upgrades include two additional front lights, two rear lights, mirror lights, amber road lights and beacon lights all of which are adjustable Individual branding The availability of infinite color schemes and personalized branding makes Cobalt unique to each OEM.
