The HL-Series linear actuator is specially designed for linear operation in applications requiring globe valves or other sliding stem valves. It is particularly suitable for operation with Fisher e-easy valves. The compact, lightweight actuator operates with a wide range of output forces and control options to fit your specific requirement. HL-Series actuators are perfect for use in the power, upstream oil and gas, and chemical process industries and in remote operations where compressed air is not readily available. It actuates final control devices including control valves, lockup valves and cut-off valves with linear positioning motions of 0.39 (10 mm) (120 mm). Motor Available in 1 phase, 3 phase, 24v DC and 24v AC. All motors are custom built for high torque, low current and the highest cycle ratings offered. Thrust Limiting Switch (Factory Preset) Thrust limiting switches are wired in series with the motor. Any excess load will trip the switches, then cut electric power to the motor preventing damage to the actuator. Upper base Proportional Control Unit (PCU) (Optional) Proportional Control Unit (4-20mA, 0-10V, 2-10V, 1-5V) Manual Handwheel / Declutch Lever Manual / auto lever and handwheel engagement for emergency manual operation.
